Judith has been practising yoga for over 20 years and trained initially as a Yoga Teacher in Southampton with Steve Harrisson at the Yoga Sanctuary and later as a Yoga Therapist. She has been working as a yoga teacher and therapist for several years and has experience of working with cases of depression, anxiety, Chrohns Disease, back pain, insomnia, alcoholism and general stress. In addition, Judith has run several of the Minded 8-Week Courses for Stress and to Enhance Wellbeing.
Judith has been a yoga therapy supervisor since 2014. The work with her clients has brought highly positive results and she feels that she is not only able to draw on this together with her life experience and many years of teaching in order to help other therapists, but also draw on her 30 years of business background to help them market and grow their businesses.
