About
I was intuitively drawn to yoga and meditation as a child, knowing that sitting in silence and stretching my body would make me feel calmer and more centered. As a young woman suffering from PTSD and depression I found that the technology of yoga could completely change my mood and bring about a sense of safety and self-confidence that I couldn’t access in any other way!
I studied psychology and human biology to understand how mental health conditions and trauma originate in the body and mind. I wanted to discover how meditation and yoga practice could have such a powerful impact on the state of mind and physiology and how these ancient techniques had transformed my outlook in life.
I became a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and later on a Minded Yoga Therapist to be able to work with individuals that are experiencing a mind-body disconnection and want to improve their wellbeing and life overall.
I have expanded my business to teach in the corporate world, to help people reconnect to their authentic self and upgrade their work-life balance.
