About
Roberta Storti is an Integrative Yoga Psychotherapist & Hypnotherapist, a Minded Integrative Yoga Therapist and an IEMT Practitioner. Her areas of expertise include family enmeshment trauma, loss of sense of self and self-abandonment, shame, depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, developmental and attachment trauma, changing mindset & habits, high blood pressure.
In addition to running her private therapy practice, Roberta is also a wellbeing consultant for corporate businesses. She develops wellbeing training programmes, delivers webinars and organises wellbeing events that form part of corporate wellbeing strategies and plans. Roberta is also a Minded senior supervisor and an IYP lecturer. She has been practicing kundalini yoga and other forms of yoga for 20 years, drawing from the benefits of the yogic traditions to support her wellbeing and observing the impact of various practices on her physical and mental health.
Outside of her work committments, Roberta enjoys travelling to Asia, playing the shamisen, swimming and spending time in various self-reflective practices.
