About

Naomi Hurst is a Yoga Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals with a range of physical and mental health conditions. A key area of focus in her work is rheumatoid arthritis (RA), exploring how yoga therapy can help manage inflammation, pain, and overall well-being. She is particularly interested in the impact of yoga on stress, anxiety, and inflammatory markers, aiming to bridge the gap between holistic practices and conventional healthcare.

Alongside her work in yoga therapy, Naomi collaborates with local charities and councils to create wellness programmes for underserved members of the community, ensuring that yoga therapy is accessible to those who need it most. She also volunteers with Samaritans, supporting individuals in emotional distress.

Before becoming a yoga therapist, Naomi had a successful career in finance and IT, where she witnessed first-hand the profound impact that stress and chronic pressure can have on wellbeing. This experience inspired her to pursue yoga therapy, helping others develop tools for resilience, relaxation, and long-term health.

Outside of her work, Naomi enjoys gardening, creating nurturing spaces for community and wellbeing, and can regularly be found with a hot cup of tea in hand, her kitten and planning her next yoga offering.
