About
Nadyne is a trauma-informed psychotherapist and Clinical Yoga Therapist specialising in the integration of psychotherapeutic care with somatic, breath-based and yoga therapy approaches to recovery. She works at the forefront of chronic fatigue and long COVID care in the UK and is the resident psychotherapist at The Long COVID Clinic; the UK’s first consultant-led, multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to post-viral recovery.

With a background in Health Psychology, Integrative Psychotherapy and breathwork coaching, Nadyne brings over five years of experience working across NHS and private acute mental health settings, and within private practice. Her work is deeply informed by yoga therapy principles: honouring the wisdom of the body, the role of the nervous system in healing, and the importance of compassionate, embodied presence in long-term recovery.

She supports individuals living with long COVID, ME/CFS, chronic stress, trauma, anxiety, and pain, always through a lens that sees the whole person perspective, not just the diagnosis.

Nadyne is co-author of Breathe, Rest, Recover (2024), a practical and compassionate guide for people navigating chronic fatigue. The book is rooted in yoga therapy, breath, pacing, and somatic tools, interwoven with nervous system regulation and trauma theory.

What makes her approach especially resonant is that Nadyne isn’t just theoretically trained, she’s lived this path. Following her own experience of long COVID, and previous post-viral fatigue and burnout, she brings lived insight into the challenges of recovery: the guilt around rest, the grief of lost identity, the frustration of fatigue that doesn’t shift with force. This supports her understanding that fatigue is not a weakness, but a wise and complex signal from the body, requiring gentle, compassionate recovery focussed therapy.
