About

Lucie Mayer is a Yoga Therapist based in Oxford.
She works 1 to 1 in person from a private studio space in East Oxford (home visits may also be possible).
She has a particular interest in working with people in pain, with people experiencing the menopause transition,  people experiencing anxiety and depression and with people with life limiting diagnoses and those facing the end of their days.
Through her work as a yoga therapist she loves to support people to come back to the wisdom of the body. To find ways to be more present with their experience, notice their patterns, lean into compassion and find more equanimity. She is fascinated by transitions, nourished and inspired by nature, and heartened by our capacity as human beings to move towards healing.
