About
Lisa Mulube is a Yoga Therapist and founder of The Yoga Social, a not-for-profit organisation based in Dunfermline, Fife.
Lisa started teaching Yoga & Meditation in 2017. She was drawn to the therapeutic benefits, having had a personal practice since the early 2000s that supported her through a stressful career in fashion & textiles, motherhood, and the general ups & downs of modern life. Knowing that it worked, but not fully understanding why, she then discovered Yoga Therapy in 2020 and started her studies with The Minded Institute.
Lisa has particular interest and experience working with women’s health through all life stages, ADHD, general stress & anxiety, chronic pain, and sleep disorders. She also works in community settings delivering group chair yoga therapy to older populations. She is a Minded Supervisor and enjoys supporting trainee yoga therapists on their yoga therapy journey.
Lisa is passionate about sharing the nourishing, transformative benefits of yoga therapy with groups & individuals alike and set up The Yoga Social to provide inclusive access to quality, trauma-informed, therapeutic yoga, nature, and creative-based therapies, based at her Yurt in the Fife Countryside. She also works online so that she can support those unable to travel or live further away.
She loves gardening, dancing, and spending time with her family.
