About
Lindsay is a chartered clinical psychologist, cognitive analytic therapy (CAT) practitioner and yoga therapist. She has worked in diverse areas including community, inpatient and forensic services with people with mental health difficulties and complex trauma, as well as supporting staff. Lindsay has recently decreased her hours in the NHS to enable her to pursue a long standing interest in mind-body approaches and the integration of spirituality into therapy, by building an independent practice alongside her NHS work.
As well as yoga therapy, she draws on mindfulness-based approaches, cognitive analytic therapy (CAT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT) and coaching models in her work. She can integrate models in a way to suit the client’s needs and preferences, either face-to-face or online.
