About
Leanne (she/her) is a Yoga Therapist based in South West London offering Yoga Therapy to individuals and small groups who are experiencing mental health conditions, PTSD, grief, ADHD as well as physical conditions such as arthritis and autoimmune conditions. She also provides online offerings for those further afield. She is a additionally a Supervisor on the Minded Institute’s Yoga Therapy programme.
She leads therapeutic yoga classes with the NHS in Lambeth, and holds a Project Worker position providing Yoga Therapy 1:1s and workshops at a Recovery centre. Her work here supports those with Mental Health challenges, Neurodiversity and those in later stages of recovery. She was previously a teacher on the Clinical Evaluation of the Yoga4Health programme, in partnership with Westminster University. Leanne strives to make yoga accessible for the many by working with organisations where it can be made free for those accessing it.
Additionally, Leanne is undergoing further training with The Minded Institute on the Integrated Yoga Psychotherapy programme and looks forward to bringing a new sphere to her therapeutic offering. Her work is influenced by her own life’s journey through stress, burnout and more, which set her on a path to find something that helped support her through life’s highs and lows. This journey started at Mindfulness, led to yoga, to Yoga Therapy and now Integrative Yoga Psychotherapy, and her practise weaves all of these threads together. In her spare time Leanne spends time walking, playing netball and exploring new places.
