About

Kerry is a passionate professional and mother of two who has served in Healthcare for over 22 years with patients/ clients at the heart of her work. She is also currently a senior supervisor on the Minded Institute Yoga Therapy training (600 hour) programme.

Kerry sees each person as an individual who deserves access to multidimensional support and empowerment on their unique journey. Having experienced and witnessed disempowerment, disconnection, chronic stress, burnout and more in her career and home life, Kerry’s personal practice and relationships became a fundamental structure in supporting and understanding herself so that she can best communicate with and serve others.

Kerry is continuing to grow and expand by working in Integrative Yoga Psychotherapy in a mission to pioneer a future of true holistic, person centred, biopsychosocial spiritual and transdiagnostic healthcare and wellbeing for all.

In her spare time Kerry enjoys art and poetry, you can find her on the beach, cold water swimming, or under a tree immersed in and restoring cyclical rhythms of nature.

You can work with her towards reconnection and an ease of suffering, for support to feel educated and empowered, and for your present and future flourishing in person in Suffolk or online.
