About
Kelly provides secondary mental health care within community settings, as well as relationship and parenting support for adults and groups. She is also a supervisor with The Minded Institute.
Kelly aims to create a safe holding environment to enable people to foster a compassionate connection to themselves, allowing them to more clearly understand and meet their own physical, mental, emotional, and relational needs.
Underpinned by extensive experience, her approach tends to be intuitive: guiding towards a deeper understanding of experiences within the body and mind; exploring collaboratively how that translates to life, habits, and patterns off the mat; creating a lens to connect with what is already present and possible opportunities for new meaning to arise; and offering inquiry into visceral experiences for individuals to connect with their own wisdom and make their own discoveries.
