About
Jessica is an educator and wellness therapist who believes in the Alchemy of Yoga for self-healing and lives her life holistically by this truth. She works with people holistically to bring the mind-body dynamic back into balance, supporting people to feel confident, healthier, and better connected to themselves. As an embodiment practitioner she uses tools from yoga, somatics and mindfulness led by self-inquiry to explore feelings and sensations in the body and develop awareness, presence, self-regulation and access to the body’s inherent health and intelligence.
Jessica uses mycotherapy (medicinal mushrooms) to improve the gut-brain connection. She helps people take responsibility for their health by overcoming shame and low confidence. She delivers weekly therapeutic classes to patients with chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and back pain at the Royal London Hospital For Integrated Medicine – ULH.
Jessica offers one-on-one therapy and delivers yoga therapy courses and workshops in London and online.
