About

Yoga is a collaboration, not a one size fits all or a teacher knows best situation. What is comfortable, challenging or restful for someone is unique to them. In classes I invite people to uncover ways they can bring ease of movement, breath and thought. All of my work is done with kindness, humility, invitation and at its heart, a deep sense of welcome.
