About
Having first discovered Yoga almost 20 years ago whilst working as a Police Officer for the Metropolitan Police Service. Havva was drawn to the powerful and grounding effects of Yoga on the mind and body and was instantly hooked. Havva completed her first Yoga teacher training in 2014 and is currently working as a Yoga Therapist. She is also currently training to become an Integrative Yoga Psychotherapist. As a Yoga Therapist, Havva works with a range of physical and mental health conditions accessible to all. She incorporates strength (both mind and body), resilience and regulation practices in her sessions as she finds these can be invaluable tools towards self-transformation.
Havva’s therapeutic offerings are heavily influenced by cultivating self-awareness and connecting to the inner wisdom of the self. Havva believes that by trusting the discernment of our body, it can guide us to where we need to be, creating space for where the most profound transformation can arise. Havva is a warm, friendly and compassionate person who strides towards creating a welcome, safe and nurturing environment for you to grow.
In her spare time, Havva loves socialising and entertaining friends and family with her Turkish Cypriot cuisine. She loves walking, strength training and most of all, spending time with her husband and two young children and teaching them the importance of being filled with love, spreading love and surrounding themselves with unconditional love.
