About
Hannah is a qualified Nurse, Yoga Therapist and Health Advisor with over 20 years experience of supporting people with various physical and mental health issues as well as helping people through other major life transitions. Hannah believes that everyone already has the tools and resources available within them to feel well and whole and she supports people on their journeys to rediscover this.
Hannah’s work focuses on an integrative mind-body and bio-psychosocial approach, using a combination of both Eastern and Western medicine, modern science, biomedicine, neuroscience and psychology, along with yoga and other somatic based principles and practices.
Hannah has taught in various settings, including women’s refugee spaces, performing arts institutions and for various community groups. Hannah offers a variety of services including 1-1 therapy, group work, as well as various events and retreats across the UK. Outside of her work, Hannah spends a lot of time cold water swimming, travelling and reading.
