About
Grace has over 10 years of experience in various support roles, with a particular focus on working with young people and families. Drawing on her training in psychotherapy, she supervises mentors who build long-term relationships with children using a relational and trauma-sensitive approach.
As a yoga teacher and therapist, Grace leads groups for refugees with experiences of violence and trafficking. Her studies inspired her interest in addressing trauma through yoga therapy, which expanded to include work with shame, anxiety, depression, and burnout – deepening her understanding of the intersection of mind, body and spirit in these states.
Grace is passionate about creating safe, nurturing spaces that empower people to develop embodied self-awareness and discover meaningful ways to support themselves, making it possible to navigate life with greater compassion and ease.
