About
Ewa is a cross-cultural psychologist (M.A.), a yoga teacher (E-RYT300), and a certified yoga therapist (The Minded Institute). She helps people reclaim harmony in their lives by equipping them with tools to manage daily challenges and guide them on their way to restoring inner happiness.
Her life path has given her some amazing opportunities to taste many different cultures by living in several countries. Her M.A. was in Cross-Cultural Psychology and Gender Studies. During her third year, she went to study Zen Buddhism in Da Lat, Vietnam. A few years afterwards, she wrote her thesis on spiritual goals and well-being.
Before practicing as a psychotherapist, Ewa worked in different fields: from the fashion industry, EU institutions, and the UN, to human rights non-governmental and international organizations in political communications and management.
For the past several years, she has been working with people from various cultures in her positive psychology therapy practice. Yoga has been part of her life since 2006 but only after the holistic yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, did she understood that there is more to yoga than its physical aspect. Since then, her aim has been to combine the best of yoga and psychology and translate it into a therapy cycle to enhance people’s happiness in daily life.
