About

Libby has practiced yoga since 1996 and is a certified yoga therapist, yoga instructor (since 2005), breathwork coach, and embodiment coach.
Her special interests include yoga therapy for mental health and the integration of traditional Indic texts and knowledge systems into “Western” yoga therapy and yoga instruction.
With MD Anderson Cancer Center (Houston, Texas), Libby teaches online yoga asana and yoga nidra classes and is on the team for a current yoga therapy clinical trial. She also lectures on mental health, trauma, and neurodiversity for SVYASA USA, an organization known for training yoga therapists for integrative healthcare settings.
As a late-diagnosed autistic adult, she feels called to advance the accessibility of yoga to neurodivergent adult populations. She is a guest lecturer on neurodiversity and autism for The Minded Institute and the author of a forthcoming (March 2026) Singing Dragon book on yoga therapy for autistic adults. She was also an embodiment guide for an online autistic self-care event run by Cultural Autism Studies at Yale.
Libby’s private clients tend to be mature women, often neurodivergent (whether diagnosed or not), looking for support in reclaiming their power. Practices and reflections help them to set boundaries, recognize their authentic strengths, and rediscover their own values so they can nurture themselves accordingly.
Libby is currently pursuing graduate education in psychology toward future research in yoga therapy for autistic adult mental health.
Outside of yoga contexts, she is a copy editor, cat lady, and karaoke fanatic.
