About
Elisabeth’s work as a yoga therapist is underpinned by her years of postgraduate teaching experience within the English university system and the benefits she has received from her own 20-year yoga practice. The one-to-one yoga therapy she offers typically focuses on bringing mind and body into greater connection or balance. A combination of evidence-based techniques and practices, which includes mindful movement and breath work, help clients to increase their psychological/physiological resilience and general well-being.
Elisabeth has been a supervisor on the Minded Yoga therapy Training Professional Diploma for several years and was one of the founding members of the Minded Clinic. The clinic, now working online, is committed to making therapeutic yoga accessible to as broad a community as possible. She has also brought the Minded 8-Week Yoga Therapy Course for Stress, Anxiety and Depression to students at the University of London.
Elisabeth is available for in-person sessions in London and on the Welsh Borders (Powys, Herefordshire, Shropshire), as well as online with people from anywhere in the world.
