About
Cerian is a yoga therapist working with a wide range of mental and physical health conditions. She has a particular interest in stress, burnout, and the mental health and wellbeing of young people.
Alongside her therapeutic work, Cerian supports students in a specialist education unit within a mainstream college. She is also in the process of establishing a Community Interest Company to offer accessible yoga and wellbeing practices to communities experiencing deprivation and economic exclusion.
Cerian has been a teacher in various forms for most of her adult life. Her own first‑hand experience of toxic stress, burnout, and trauma informs her practice and fuels her commitment to making yoga therapy genuinely inclusive. She is passionate about bringing the transformative potential of yoga to people who often feel excluded from wellbeing services, and to teenagers and young adults facing barriers to learning, confidence, and happiness.
Cerian lives on a barge with her husband, her daughter, and their two dogs. She enjoys cooking, painting, and spending time in woodland and on beaches, where she finds the quiet, grounding spaces that continue to shape her therapeutic approach.
