Specialisms
- My areas of interest are treating those suffering from trama either currently or in earlier life. Often this can hold us back both emotionally and physically. Preventing us from moving on from the events that traumatised and holding us in a pattern that does not allow us to move forward in our lives.

About
I am here to help make Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Mindfulness practices accessible to all walks of life. I offer a holistic approach that combines breathing techniques, mindfulness and a therapeutic approach to yoga. I have been practising Yoga and Mindfulness for the last 10 years. The practices helped to navigate me through my own mental health crisis of anxiety and depression. I kept coming back to the practices as I left each class feeling happy, grounded and a wee bit stronger. I believe that Yoga and Mindfulness are gifts that should be shared with kindness and compassion. I strongly believe that we can all benefit in some way through Yoga teachings and a regular practice.
I graduated with a BSc (Honours) degree in Psychology from the Open University. I trained and qualified as a yoga teacher in North London under the tuition of some of the UK’s best known yoga teachers including; Michael James Wong, Emily-Clare Hill, Jonelle Lewis and Katarina Rayburn. I then qualified as a Yoga Therapist from the prestigious Minded Institute in The Tara Yoga Centre, Old Street. I have completed my teacher training qualification in Mindfulness Meditation with the Oxford based company, Mindfulness Now. I am also a First Aider, a Mental Health First Aider and a have recently completed my certification in First Response Emergency Care. My interests are people centric, I have a passion for offering support and guidance through the challenges of everyday life.
