‘The Further Chair Yoga Skills was a valuable addition to the LVCY course. It followed on well from the core content of the LVCY course, further supplementing my knowledge of chair yoga to the extent that I now feel confident bring “chair” yoga to a broader range of people, through using the chair as a prop for those able to practise standing postures. I would recommend this course to anyone who has completed the LVCY course.’

‘I thought these days had a good balance between, theory, discussion, and practical aspects. …Thank you for a wonderful course!’
