About
Linda Regan is a fully qualified yoga teacher and yoga therapist supporting individuals experiencing a wide range of physical and mental health challenges. Her specialist areas of interest and experience include yoga therapy for hypermobility, menopause support, and helping individuals develop greater awareness, strength, and balance within their bodies. Linda’s approach is informed by mindfulness which form an important foundation of her therapeutic practice.
Alongside her work as a yoga therapist, Linda is also an experienced dance teacher and examiner, teaching a variety of dance forms for health, fitness, and wellbeing. Her extensive background in dance has provided her with a strong understanding of body mechanics, movement patterns, and the relationship between physical movement and overall health. Linda is passionate about supporting the integration of yoga therapy into healthcare settings and is involved in projects that promote awareness of its benefits. She is also collaborating with the NHS on research exploring the effects and benefits of yoga therapy for individuals experiencing hypermobility and menopausal symptoms.
Having practised yoga for over 10 years, Linda discovered the transformative potential of yoga as a powerful tool for healing, self-awareness, and wellbeing. Following a successful career in teaching, she felt inspired to bring together her knowledge of movement, mindfulness, and therapeutic practice to support others on their own health journeys.
Outside of her professional work, Linda enjoys mindfulness, meditation, and continuing her own exploration of wellbeing.
