About
Takis is a Yoga Therapist, an Integrative Yoga Psychotherapist in training and a supervisor for the Yoga Therapy diploma programme at The Minded Institute. He offers a client-centred, integrative approach that combines psychotherapy, yoga, mindfulness, breathwork and physical techniques to support mental and physical health, as well as overall well-being. With a focus on empathy, kindness, openness and vulnerability, Takis creates a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
Takis initially turned to yoga to manage lower back pain and improve his physical health. Soon after, he discovered its transformative benefits for mental and emotional well-being. Drawing from his personal experience with burnout and his mother’s struggle with Alzheimer’s, he felt compelled to seek a more meaningful direction and re-evaluate his life. This journey led him to pursue yoga therapy after completing his yoga teacher training to deepen his understanding of yoga’s therapeutic potential.
Takis works with clients individually and in groups, online and in person.
