Priory Ticehurst Hospital, and has gained extensive experience working in NHS acute care units
across Sussex. She offers in-person sessions in Horam and Eastbourne, East Sussex, and also works

Linda works across a wide spectrum of mental distress, including complex trauma, addictions,
compulsivity, panic, anxiety, depression, emotional challenges, relational and identity crises. She has
a special interest in working with compulsive sexual behaviours, including problematic porn use, and
is currently undergoing specialist training in this field.
Linda supports her clients in welcoming a felt sense of joy, self-discovery, curiosity and self-
understanding in all aspects of their life through an intuitive and individual blend of talk therapy,
embodied somatic practices, breathwork, guided relaxations and active imagery to create a sensitive
and interconnected map of both internal and external worlds. Her practice is LGBTQIA+ inclusive,
honouring all genders and identities, and neurodivergent affirming, altering the environment to suit
her client’s individual experience.
Linda is a Fellow of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP), registered student
member of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity (ATSAC),
