Shaura Hall is an accredited Yoga Therapist C-IAYT and a Senior Lecturer for the Minded Institute’s 500-hour Yoga Therapy programme, delivering teachings on yoga for addiction and energetic sciences.
Shaura has been working to deliver yoga and relaxation since 2007. In the last four years, Shaura launched the ground-breaking Yoga Therapy for Addictions CPD training and the 220-hour Pilamaya Yoga Teacher Training course.
During her training with the Minded Institute, Shaura studied the neurobiology of mental health and gained a robust understanding of the physiological and psychological workings of the human body, giving her efficacy as a mind-and-body practitioner who can support others from a whole-person perspective.
As well as being a Yoga Therapist for Mental Health, Shaura is a trained Yoga teacher, a Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention facilitator, an Addictions Recovery Coach and a City & Guilds Level 4 PTLLS educator.
Shaura is continuing her development by working towards a BSc (Hons) in the Health Sciences and training for a certificate in Supervision to offer specialist support to therapists who work with the addicted mind.
