Grace is a Yoga Therapist, a mental health nurse and a family therapist working for the NHS. She is very interested in minds and bodies! and the interplay between the two. Grace believes in kindness and loves supporting people to understand their experiences better and to help them develop tools and strategies to feel more at ease.
