Through Yoga therapy I have learned to train body and mind and make holistic changes to achieve a calmer, balanced and more resilient lifestyle. This knowledge I believe is fundamentally integral to share, as well as my huge passion for yoga and helping people to develop the skills to manage challenging mental health conditions. Having suffered a cycling back injury in 2015, I have also worked extensively on disc heriation recovery and lower back pain.
I qualified with the minded institute in 2014, and continue to be part of this incredible organisation as a supervisor. Prior to this I have 20 years experience having worked and trained in management at a large financial institution. I have also worked for a lifestyle management company, helping people organise their homes and personal lives to free up time and headspace - a rewarding role requiring a great deal of trust and understanding.
Through positivity, warmth and kindness I focus on guiding people towards clarity and to see a clearer path towards reaching their true potential. I aim to bring lightness to my work with an emphasis on simple changes, and moving one step at a time towards a more peaceful place to rest in.
