Veena Ugargol

Veena Ugargol is a Yoga Therapist for Mental Health specialising in helping people manage symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD. Veena also delivers cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) based-interventions within CNWL NHS Trust, where she works as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner.

Veena practices yoga privately as well as teaching the Yoga Therapy for the Mind 8-week course at Triyoga and the School of Life. With academic experience in psychology and neuroscience – including formal study at the Institute of Psychiatry, Kings College London and UCL – Veena continues to remain current within both fields.
