Hello, my name is Tracey.
Yoga came to me at a very difficult stage in my life, but that short time in class left me relaxed, uplifted and gave me the tools to tackle whatever life threw at me. Almost 20 years’ on, yoga still has the same effect, and is an integral part of my life.
I first qualified in 2014 (200 hours) and then consolidated my learning by undertaking the Pilamaya Teacher Training course in 2016 (220 hours).
I am pleased to be part of the Pilamaya faculty and look forward to sharing my knowledge, and learning from those who have chosen to be part of this adventure.
My focus for 2017, as well as mentoring and coaching on the Pilamaya Course, is to complete a Foundation Course in Pranayama – and to be able to impart some of what I learn to those wishing to become the teachers of the future.
