Hi I’m Jac I will be one of the team working together on our journey. I have known Shaura for a number of years as I became one of her Kundalini Yoga students and found the yoga crazy and amazing at the same time but stuck with it. It helped me on a road to recovery at a time in my life when I needed to have something in my life that would help bring me back to me.
I loved Kundalini yoga so much that I enrolled on the teacher training course and became a Kundalini yoga teacher in 2014 this sent me onto more training including Mindfulness and then last year with the Pilamaya Yoga School and then at the end of the year Pregnancy yoga with Yogacampus both of which I thoroughly enjoyed. My life just keeps getting better and better. As a wife, mother and grandma I hope I have the compassion,empathy,love and trust to bring to the group and for people to feel safe and secure in the fact that I am here to help and support in the best way that I can.
