Charlotte Watts has been lecturing for Minded since 2013, covering modules on The Digestive System and Nutrition and Yoga to support Mental Health, following her interest in the Gut-Brain Axis and psychoneuroimmunology (PNI).
Charlotte is a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT500), based in Brighton and London, teaching classes, workshops and retreats in the UK and abroad. She has been practising since 1997 and teaching since 2008. She teaches the modules to train yoga teachers; Teaching Yoga for Stress and Burnout and for Chronic Fatigue for Yoga Campus, London.
Charlotte is also an experienced Nutritional Therapist, winning the 2012 CAM Award for Outstanding Practice. She specialises in stress-related conditions with a mindful approach, both in her yoga teaching and as a nutritionist and in her latest book The De-Stress Effect (Hay House 2015).
