The Minded Institute and the College of Medicine are pleased to host this interactive session run by seasoned GP Dr. Amit Bhargava, and Founder of the Minded Institute Heather Mason.

As humans we are going through a frighteningly tumultuous health and existential crisis. As healthcare professionals and as GPs this is creating professional and personal changes at a pace we have been unprepared for. Till now we were able help from a place of personal safety, but now this role of care and support may also compromise our health. Concurrently, patients are presenting with unprecedented levels of anxiety and angst. Learning evidence based and expedite mind-body skills to confer a sense of peace, stress, relieve and balance to ourselves and our patients has never been more important.

Join us in the interactive workshop where you will be guided through simple techniques, practice teaching them, and have time to reflect and connect with other health care professionals about your own experience and feelings.
