On Sunday morning from 9:30am – 12:00pm Heather Mason will be offering a free morning guided retreat to help people balance their mind and explore techniques for enduring calm.
She will start with a short yoga practice, followed by a breathing practice and then walking followed by sitting meditation.
As Heather is not only a leader in the field of yoga therapy, but lived in silent retreats in Buddhist monasteries and Yoga Ashrams working to transform her mind, she would like to offer a bit of this experience to anyone at home that wants to see how a long practice session can truly relieve stress and support greater wellness.
