The Minded Institute is dedicated to increasing public awareness of benefits of yoga, yoga therapy, and mindfulness. We hold an array of different events from research symposiums, community action days (for those who want to support yoga’s integration in the UK National Health Service), National Yoga Therapy Conferences, and free taster days where professionals can both learn about our training course and gave some basic skills to that are relevant to work with those who have mental health conditions. Sometimes we even hold yoga flash mobs to garner media attention regarding the importance and value of yoga in society.
In addition to the above we co-chair a research group at Westminster University for established and budding yoga researchers that are want to discuss research aims, challenges, and findings. If you are already a researcher and would like to join this group please email: firstname.lastname@example.org for more details
At Minded we love to collaborate with other organisations who wish to share their knowledge and acumen with the public. If you are looking to partner on an event we would love to hear from you at email@example.com
