After graduating from Minded in 2014, Janice acted as a supervisor to students on subsequent trainings for 5 years and now lectures on Yoga history and philosophy. She is the co-author (with Heather Mason) of the introduction to the book Yoga for Mental Health.

Janice is a regular teacher of the Yoga for the Mind 8-week course as well as offering one-to-one yoga therapy.
