Alina has been teaching yoga since 2015 after discovering the transformative benefits of the practice in her own recovery from PTSD.
Since then she has worked with a wide variety of health conditions such as Parkinson’s, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic pain and in neurological rehabilitation for individuals recovering from stroke and rare complications of Lyme disease.

Having been diagnosed with Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD) Alina has been using yoga to manage her symptoms and helps others with related hypermobility conditions and comorbidities such as POTS, MCAS and fatigue. After contracting COVID-19 in April 2020, Alina lived with the effects of Long COVID for a year until her eventual recovery and now helps other survivors.
